Data corrections
If you operate a long-term care home, or you believe information shown about a home is inaccurate, email us with the home's name, address, and a description of the issue. Because our figures are drawn from the Ministry of Long-Term Care and Health Quality Ontario, we can correct how a record is presented, but the underlying data can only be changed at the source. Privacy requests
To exercise your rights under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), email us at the same address. We respond within 30 days.
